the employers that 'realize' there is more to attract people then $$.. are the ones looking to ship development offshore or hire straight out of college when the people are really still kids and don't have a debt load yet.
And that is a bad business plan is it? QUite frankly the whole IT industry has failed to turn itself into a real discipline over the last 20 years......now they are being dragged kicking and screaming into reality by a bunch of guys who are trying to catch up 20 years in 5 years.

Is it bad for the kids out of college??....I can think of examples of companies that provide great training and turn out excellent resources....some move on to earn big bucks elsewhere, some stay and earn big bucks and some stay and enjoy their jobs,,,,

yup... brilliant... it's all because the IT industry was undisciplined.. yea.. sure.. you betcha. it would have nothing to do with the fact that you can get mid-level people doing 60 hrs/week for $500/month ($200-350/month if you go to the pacrim) (and yes.. i know these numbers from personal experience)

i guess all those other industries were undisciplined as well... textiles, steel, ee, accounting, bio-chem research... yup.. all undisciplined.

please, how long do i have to play stupid. the only reason these industries are shipping offshore is cost. if a person from India cost 3 times as much as an American, the employer would work with the American. don't think so? then ask yourself.. why aren't we pulling people from switzerland or germany? (specialists excluded)

as for the kids out of college today.. graduation rates in the IT section are dropping, and have been since 2000 when the H1B bills were pushed through. in 2000, there were just over 5m US IT workers. today, that number is around 1.5m. there are plenty of people here, they just cost more then $500/month.

as for not being old enough.. ?? ... older then kids through college would be .. roughly.. 60s?? yea, at that point.. money beyond the bills is less important then remembering where you left your teeth

it would be $39.98 ... and the FAQ on Solid ICE does talk about keyclone being node-locked (why else would there be system-ids?)

There are NO totally free options for multiboxing -- in the end you will still be paying around $15/month per account, paying to purchase your computer, the electricity to run the computer, the internet to connect to WoW.... you get the picture.

    One flaw here...

Never forget there are far too many kiddies playing WoW (and other games) with thier parents paying for thier entire lives. Absolutely zero concept of money / income / supporting themselves. And when I say kiddies, I mean there are also college "kids" in thier 20s that fall into this catagory as well. /sigh

BTW IM in College and i have a great Concept of money. I know how to support myself better then you ever would So dont Poke at a student or students When oviously you havent been in this situation. In this day and age with the tuition cost's we have more of a concept of how much money is worth and how much the older generation has screwed this world loyaly. So next time you would like to comment on college people In thier 20's think about how much You Im geussing (Older) have made it harder for Us.

    Thanks im done =)

Hey......Just to say.....I am old....and I certainly do not jump to conclusions regarding Students. The comments regarding money on this forum are not the strongest. It does however have good stuff about multi-boxing if you take care to sort the facts from the opinions (which is not always easy). The stuff about life and money is very entertaining though

As in the rest of life there are good/bad/stupid/rude/arrogant/nice/helpful /lazy/hardworking/arrogant/rude people......

    Oh.....did I say arrogant and rude twice....oops sorry :P :P

I'm using AutoHotKey at the moment, and the scripting needed to get the key cloning to work smoothly is a pain. I've stopped in the middle of the script now, only adding keys as I need them. (With my current script, which was the best wow script I could find to work with, chatting is also a pain. :P )
I'm definitely buying Keyclone as soon as I get paid, as everything I've read about it appears to be straight up my alley.. But even so, I would love a free trial first..Only a few days to see how it works, and to see if it actually is what I want/need.
I understand however, that creating free trials are tricky, and makes keyclone easily hackable, so all respect for that, and expect a customer soon.
