Heh... without programming often you might not have heard the term "binaries." It's just a fancy word for compiled and ready to install programs.
Synergy does have Windows binaries available, so here's the link:

On the page you'll see a download link for SynergyInstaller-1.3.1.exe. Install to all your machines, fire up one as the server and the rest clients and off you go.
There's is a little configuration with setting up your screens properly, but other than that it's not too bad. If you run into trouble there's plenty of help here.

Multi-Box is also in pre-compiled form, just unzip it to each computer and run the server + client on one and then just the client on the others. However, I will admit that I don't really maintain MutliBox much anymore.
One day I hope to get back to it and offer better support but at the moment I just don't have the drive. :/ None the less, the current version works in 95% of cases and it offers keyboard broadcasting (and mouse broadcasting should you want it).

Could you post the most recent source code somehwere? Mabye I could take a crack at adding a feature or two.
