What pvp macros for totems do you guys use in BGs?

What are the most commonly needed for 4box shammys in BG and Arenas?

Main buff/defensive totems:

And I have one more button for refreshing my grounding totems.

Reason that I've added [actionbar:1] as a condition is that I use different action bars for different purposes. If I do pve I use different totems, then I can make another castsequence with [actionbar:2] for other totem sequences.

staggered tremor and a clump of groundings are my primary concern in PvP. I also have a separate keybind for stomping 4x grounding if I don't need to layout the whole forest again

I do the same with staggered tremor, however, i don't drop any healing streams. In arena i do all poison cleansing and stagger them as well. They only tick once every 5 seconds, and a rogue (or two) will reapply poisons faster than a single totem will cleanse. Getting 5 stacks of wound poison is the suck and needs to be removed.

Additionally, a viper sting after a tick of the poison cleansing will allow up to 4 ticks of viper, which can result in 2k of your mana going away.
