Paid, but now it's disabled on new comp

I copied keyclone over to my new computer but I got the License Has Expired pop-up window. The "system id key" doesn't correspond with the one I got in my receipt from paypal and now, after trying to figure out how to solve this for a while, all I'm landing on is buying it again.. which surely can't be right. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to do this.

if you want to move your keyclone to another machine, just send me a PM with your email address and the new keyclone system-id, and i'll transfer it over asap.

if you want to use both at the same time.. then yes, you'll need a new license.
