I want this so bad. I realise most of you already know, but for thse who dont: For Paladin AOE Boosting its basically a LoH every 2 minutes!!!!!! I have been trying for a week now. So far the biggest challenge for me is not the instance itself or the droprate, its the fact that i cant find anyone to do PUG Shattered Halls!!

In a week, of mostly spamming trade/LFG channel for an hour or two per day...I got ONE run together.

I'm thinking I will need to actually join a guild just to get people to help me get the damn trinket.

Are you multiboxing? Full 5-box?

I've been able to four man Shattered Halls once I was semi-geared. I say four because my sis-in-law fell asleep afte the first couple of pulls, so we had an "inactive" player through the whole run. lol

Once you get your full 5 box team together and to 70, you're going to be "blown away" at how fast and smooth you can do these places compared to PuGs.

Some random player was grilling me one day about multiboxing and its a waste.. blah blah blah. This is my response:

Me: You spend 1 - 2 hours putting a PuG together right?
Him: Yeah...
Me: In 1 - 2 hours, I knock out 1 - 2 heroics, with zero time spent "LFG"
HIm: WTF? No way....

I love these kinds of teasers! I am mostly multi-boxing for pvp purposes, but also plan to do more PVE with them than i currently do now. IE ive never even done a heroic, or raided at all. But I plan to at least do some heroics with them.

I really am excited about this, the problem is I am moving to Germany in 2 months. So I am hesitating on building my new system as i dont want it to get damaged on the flight. Also not sure if i will be able to play/pvp very well on a west coast server in germany. The ping could screw me over. Although I think I already have horrible ping due to my internet royally sucking, and Ive learned to deal with the delay. I will check what my average ping is now tonight. People are saying in should expect 200-500ms pings from US west coast to EU/germany. ?(

Cant seem to find any strats on SH.. when is it safe to go in there? The last boss is the one I'm worried most about.. dealing with the adds and the scatter shot. Also getting through the flaming hall of hell! I just got done farming the TK instances to get my palys epic shield ( his only epic btw hehe ) And was wanting to start doing SH soon as i can. Is my gear good enough Whitelyons Armory ? Btw.. if an item has no enchant on it.. i just got it. my gloves have str because my enchanter used it to skill up a bit.. i need spell damage or threat on it i think. Anyways.. if i missed a start for a paly and 4 shaman to do SH please link it. Ill keep looking as well..thx !

Thx Fur! Did you look at my tanks armoury ? what do you think ? my shaman have 500 spell dps unbuffed atm. I have been 70 for a few weeks now and have been farming my ass off. I was doing the TK zones and got many upgrades there..including Totems of the Voide X 4 !!!!

Thx for the tips! I cleared all SH and it was easy ! only wipes ( 2 ) were not remembering a few things from when I ran it with normal groups..but all bosses went down fast!

The 2nd boss you have to slooooooooow dps until he switches heads (aggro dump). Thats the only tricky part IMO.

Heroic mode is no joke though. I haven't been able to complete that fire hall myself.

/re 2nd boss>I had earth ele pets up and just DPSd him down from the start. I tanked until the agro dump then the pets took over until he was dead. For the hall i just ran to the end and AEd everything down ( who says shamans cant AE grind? ) The last boss was almost too easy ( taking your advice ) I did use fire pets for it though..when they died i poped wraths again.

I'm just happy to have one of my most feared instances down ( worried about it before i did it lol ) and am content that i can do it on normal for now! SV is next after i get exalted rep with HH. But even if i get exalted. I'm not leaving without my trinket 8)

fur: thats my favorite thing about multiboxing. I was soo surprised at how much easier heroics are with my 5-box group than they were when i tried pugging them before. YOu dont realize just how dead-weight some pugs are until you are controlling ALL 5. The only thing i miss is CC sometimes for some of the harder-hitting pulls (MgT, Sirens in steam vaults, etc)
