Resetting Arena Team

I was thinking on my 5box team to make an arena team and try to win. Most likely i will lose many games if I try to do it all (heal and dps) but I can still get points. My question is how do I reset my arean team to keep my rating above zero?

Can i quit the team and rejoin? Do I need to make new teams, etc?
