If altering the config file is against ToS then well I guess I'm plum out of luck. I had to alter it to disable certain items in order to get it to work with linux.

I define a program as an executable file. A configuration file is a file the executable looks at in order to set certain parameters.

Blizzard can obviously define the 'program' as anything they like, it's their ToS and their game.

To define a configuration file as a program or part of the service? i think thats stretching it a bit even by their terms. If it was then why does this thread exist? (giving links to websites that tell you how to alter the config file)

Not to mention programs or addons that alter it for you.. ie.maximizer...
