No more targetting via minimap come 2.4.3

I thought 2.4 itself did away with that, or was that something else?

I think 2.4.2 just restricted the API to blizzard only its possible that it would still be possible to manually click the mini-map to cast? I havn't tried this nor do I have means to either. But regardless looks like it was either a typo, forgot to actually add it in last patch, or are manually restricting it as well.
