Class mechanics for solo play and mutliboxing are totally different though. Solo shaman - not that great. Multibox shaman however are one of the best all round setups. Solo druids - great all round class, but not that strong as a multiboxed group. Multiboxing requires you to look at class choice in a totally different manner. Outside of this website, there aren't many multiboxing resources around...so it's not surprising people come here with no real idea of what they are doing, or sometimes even what they want.Originally Posted by 'Talamarr',index.php?page=Thread&postID=75672#post 75672
The other thing is that levelling toons to 70 takes quite a significant investment of time - not many have that kind of time or inclination to try a particular combo of class to see of it works (although PTR's are a great option when they are available). Most people want a setup that they know will be viable end-game (i.e. at level 70 and beyond), so that the time invested in levelling won't be wasted. Hence class combo questions are fairly common from new or potential boxers.
