Default Pit of death hunter powerleveling :P

So i was getting bored of my regular lvl 41-dual shadow priests

and decided to expirement with steppin it up and going to 4-boxing

and i picked 4 hunters to do it with, so i opened two trial accounts and started up my 4 hunters when i came across a super easy way of leveling :P(may not be the most efficient)

so the hunters were night elf, and in the night elf starting area there are small camps of grelkin(lvl 3-4) that are neutral till attacked

i set my hunters up in a diamond around this grelkin campabout 20yrds apart and within LOS of eachother

then i set up a macro /startattack and set it to my Q-key then my target nears enemy on my tab, (right next to eachother)

and thats when i simply alternated tapping tab and Q keys which then made my lvl 4 hunters attack the nearest enemy within there diamond then change target to attack another

what this did was constantly kill them + if any were in melle of one, the other hunters would then attack it off and kill it, so the grelkins would get mixed agro so hunters almost took no damage

and doing this i had my 4 lvl 4 hunters to lvl ten in about 1hr simplying by tapping my tab and q key(i watched tv and studied some school work while i did this) it may have not been the fastest way, or gave the best xp, but for simply hitting tab+Q and not even havin to look at the screen, id say it was easy lvling :P lol and who knows, maybe theres ways of doing this at higher lvls (especially with pets involved)

The problem in your setup is not killing fast, but finding enough mobs.
Sitting idle while waiting for respawn cuts into your efficiency.

Well in this case (if I remember rightly), those grelkin are on a constant respawn, one of the few locations in the world with a sustainable respawn for this kind of grinding. Also see the wetlands gnollls in the South East for levels around 21+.

it takes a bit more moving but the mobs in auberdine are not too bad either (though it is a pain that not all trainers are available in darnassus)

This is where I'm at with my mage/priest team. By the time I clear both camps and rest up, they're both up again. Made 20-22 fly by and I'll probably stay until 24.

If I recall correctly, in Westfall, just outside the town with the entrance to the deadmines, there is a graveyard with very fast buzzard respawn.

I remember killing them as fast as they would respawn with a lvl 60 rogue (per-BC) in powere leveling a couple of friends.

Yes the mobs i was killing were constantly there, id always be killing some

after i left this mob i also found another furblog camp in the north east part of the next section of the night elf starting area, got me from 10-13, same idea

which is nice becuase normally lvls 1-20 are pretty boring, so doing this , i havent done a single quest and just got them from 1-13 by clicking two buttons while watching a movie :P

I did that on my 5 NE hunters but only until lvl 4 or so, until I had all the moss for that collection quest. The first 2 quests are pretty easy, so I see no reason not to at least do those, with 5 hunters you one shot (5 shot?) everything. My hunters are only lvl 7, so i guess i will go back and start spamming some buttons until they stop giving xp. I'll probably get reported for botting though...

On my mid 20s team, I will be hitting up those gnolls in wetlands, I killed some for a kill quest, but didn't realize they were on a constant respawn. All I need is some mana pots and my mage/priest/paladin can just spam their AoE all day long...

Any other continuous respawn areas for 25+? I've heard of one in sunken temple where Zolo spawns skeleton adds until he is killed, so if you can survive against him, you can keep killing the skellies all day long. It may only work with a 70 tankadin tho, i doubt lvl 50s can survive long in that situation. (too bad there isn't a healer with a "rage" bar lol)

I've not seen this. He didn't spawn any skeletons on me and as soon as you aggro one skeleton he aggros you with all the rest. Granted, I usually just blow up all the skeles and take him out pretty quickly.

in the blood elf starting area, the mana wyrms are a similar respawn time. However, they are only level 1-3 so wouldnt be able to keep it up for nearly as long. (maybe till level 6? or so?)
