It almost sounds as if you have Round Robin on all the time, RR is used to send keys to 1 client at a time... have you clicked the RR button on KeyClone?

Have a look at the Pitbull addon, it allows you to do so much more than the default unit frames. You can have a Party Target frame next to your Party Frame, so you can see exactly what each party member is targetting.
it does a *lot* more than that but the above would solve your immediate issue.

Only install it when you have an hour or so to configure it to your liking... it is complex but it's worth presevering with, honest
