New to multi-boxing and could use some help

Hello all!
I been playing a hunter and a paladin with 2 wow-clients kind of having the paladin on follow and alt+tabbing when needing to heal / turn in quests loot etc.
Then a little birdie told me about Multi-boxing addons and how it makes what I'm doing a whole of alot easier. So I decided to try it out.

I downloaded MultiBoxer_v2_0.5 and AutoHotkey, being told by a friend who is multiboxing. Now, to my problem. My friend isn't really good at describing things so I actually have no idea on how to use what I got.

I get a grey box in the middle of the screen on both clients seeing who targets what and when something is discovered.
I tried doing macros from what other members here have written but I get string errors, changed them as much as I could think of, trying to find the problem just can't find it. And for AutoHotkey, I really don't know how to get it to work :P

I'm really a noob I know Flame me to death. But if someone would be nice enough to get me started with the macros.

I would be satisfied being able to play the hunter as main character and not having to alt+tab to heal. Would ofcourse be awesome if I could use the paladin to attack and such aswell but anything you can give is great.

*And yes I have been reading the FAQ trying to find a post that could help me out, just can't find what I'm looking for.

There are probably 5 different ways to do things. I use my main focused. Then my alts use /cast [target=focus-target] DPSSpell (for damage) and /cast [target=focus-target-target] HealSpell (for heals). I use HotKeyNet (www.hotkeynet.com) for my key broadcasting. It is very simple and efficient. I just got, and so far love mutiboxer. I use it mostly for following. It tells me when people are following and when they aren't.

I am currently trying HotKeyNet out but I can't figure out how to rename the WoW windows so I can send info from one to the other.

What I've written is :

You could also try hotkeynet, similar and it allows you to rename the WoW windows via hotkeynet. Im not a programmer and I apologize if I got the names mixed up. autohotkeynet ;P

I am more of a seperate computer boxer, but you should start both WOW's then press the hotkey. It should tell you in the window of HKN what happened. What does it say after you run both WOW's and then press the hotkey?

I have downloaded HKN and gotten it to work.

I use some basic macros to be able to heal the party and such while playing the hunter and having it on follow all the time.

I am wondering if there's anyway of having the paladin attack a mob aswell? I know there's "/cast attack" and "/cast "attack spell"" etc but the paladin still have follow on me.
Any tips on how to fix this?

*Also, this might be technical but if someone knows :P When I alt tab to my main client from my other client the game becomes laggy. But if I then go to the desktop and take WoW up from the taskbar the lag is gone. Any thoughts?
