You usually need to prove ownership with ID to get the name change, but if the registered name has the same second you, they may be more lenient

I talked to the meanest bitch alive at Blizzard support saying that even though i bought the account for someone
else i cant take ownership of that account.

i 4 box and enjoy it, leaves room for healer or tank later. If you want another i would say buy a 5th fresh account with your name on it. No sense in doing all the work just to get it banned at a later date
