Make sure that your pally has ret aura and righteous fury on... salvation on the others. With my 3xmages/priest I can spam aoe without problems.

My pally's consecration doesn't hold agro against my 3 mages continuous AOE...

I have my pally gather up everyone, consecrate while my shaman drops totems... then mages AOE.
