No kidding!! How did Thrall ever become War Chief of the Horde?? He has no grouping skills, doesn't wait for his healers to drink, runs things on his time and at his pace, and then cries about it when he gets owned. "Things are looking Grim!!!!!"
The trick is - when Thrall pulls a group, always leave one alive that Thrall can beat on while the rest of you regain mana. Throw him a heal occasionally, and by the time he kills the last mob you should be good to go for the next pull.
