Are you guys saying that you can level 2-5 toons in 17 days total?
Sounds like you have at least one level 70. Not sure why people in this thread keep talking about leveing up a whole team at once instead of boosting (I know at least some of you have a level 70 already). Sure, you lose one spot in the crew to the 70 but you level so much faster.

As I said earlier if you boost 4 toons with one level 70 your time to level those four will probably be LESS than it takes to level one from 1 to 70 solo. It should not take you anywhere near 15 days /played to have four 70s if you boost.

Some people would rather do all the content with equivalent-level toons, and that's fine if they do - I understand that perspective. But if you are looking for speed, boosting is the way to go.
Mercurio, the issue is dual boxing with one 70 and a lowbie stomps on the exp. for the lowbie. I am going to be running a 3 man team soon, but right now I'm doing two, like Omni.

This is only my second day of Dual-logging so please excuse my ignorance.
My average levelling time for a single character is about 15 days played. Nothing special I know but good enough for me. Anyway, I'm using two different classes so I can keep both at the end. So for two toons that means 30 days played if I was to solo level each toon. Are you guys saying that you can level 2-5 toons in 17 days total? If so that's much faster! I mostly quest to level so much of my XP comes individually and my rested bonuses, I imagine, would make up for most of the losses due to having a party instead. Is that a fair assumption? I think the first 6-10 levels would be the hardest as I'm learning and also because the starting area has no inn for the rested bonus.

Or am I completely missing something??

    Cheers
Starting areas are ridiculously easy to level out of, with two toons. I can get 2 characters to 10 in an evening, with quest stacking alone.

And yes, while you are spending the time where you would normally get one toon, the benefit is you get 2 when you're done. That's why you might want to think about a caster or healer to level up (shaman are the best for this), that can be paired with other toons - if you have a pocket healer on a character, you can grind forever.

Another trick to consider is to have 2 teams working at all times - while one is resting, the other is questing, which will maintain your rested exp. quite nicely.

You'll find your thing, soon enough. I discovered I like having all the professions covered, so I have enough toons to have them all, and I enjoy mixing and matching different classes, so I have one of each across two accounts, and a dedicated 2 man shaman team that is getting a baby brother/sister soon. The best part of MBing is *options*. Need a healer? Log onto yours. Need a tank? Log onto yours. Need a caster? Log on!

My average time to solo level a toon from 1-70 is 7-9 day's played, and that's skipping most group and all dungeons. That still leaves me with BEM, Netherstorm, SMV for Money quests.

On my first Team Pally, 4xShaman i'm at 6 days played and i'm almost 62. so i figure about 10-11 days played for the team which is a bit longer but i'll have 5 more 70s instead of one. only difference in the quests is i'm doing group/dungeon quests on my team and skipping the gathering ones, which is opposite of what i'd do solo leveling a toon.
