Default Ops, don't make this mistake...

So the other day I was clearing out RFK with my paly/shammy combo and recalled I still had my blueleaf tubers quest to do. So I break out the gopher and try to loot the tubers, nada. I figured I was just bugged or the instance was bugged so i gave up and decided to try again later.

Last night I went through and completed the "Willix the Importer" quest and then tried again to get the tubers. Still can't loot them. My lighthead mod quest info doesn't mention the quest is broken so I break out a ticket for a GM and in the middle of writing it out I decide it would prolly be faster to submit tickets on all my characters at once. So I paste my responses from my original ticket and send them all off.

    Bad idea.

Oddly, the last submitted ticket gets a response first from a GM, then within seconds I'm chatting with 3 different GM's through 3 different game instances at once and scramble to revoke the tickets on the fourth and fifth. I wasn't fast enough and now i'm chatting with 4 GM's all at once and thankfully I was awake enough to keep all the conversations straight in my mind and respond quickly to each as needed.

Thats the last time I'm going to try to do something like that. I laughed about it afterwards vowing never to do that again. With the whole shadow cast on multiboxers I just didn't want to look like I was automated by accidentally missing their tells.

Side note: They all tell me in their own ways that the quest is known as being broken and to just drop it. I forgot that WoW GM's rarely, if ever, credit broken quests.
I love the smell of electrocution in the morning!

The quest in Arathi with killing the forsaken courier is bugged the same way. Can't loot the jerk. GM told me same thing "just try again" - I told him "no, thanks, I'd rather not waste me time. I'll just drop it".
When I did this quest, it was bugged, too. I killed the guy three times. Not lootable. Then I found his spawn point. He was buggy right from the start. His guards where already moving when he was jittering around, being "out of range" until he "warped" to his guards, which were alrady some dozen yards away.

When I wrote my ticket, I wrote into it, that I killed him a couple of times, his spawn was buggy and I was unable to loot the questitem. And that this applied to my whole group.

When the GM replied, he gave me the item and told me, that all my groupmembers should write a ticket. At this point I felt, it would be a good idea to tell him I was multiboxing. He insited on the tickest, and so I did. After a few seconds he showed up and gave me the items without any further chatting.

Then we talked a while, he asked me to line up for a screen. I did Moonkin x 5 and /dance. He said, he was laughing tears. :-)

That shows what a difference there is in GM's. You just have to be lucky to get a nice one. Had some crappy and nice ones aswell.
