Fastest way to level to 40?

I have a couple of level 10s that I'd like to bring up to the same level as the rest of my characters (40). I have a level 60 protection paladin with which to level them. I'm terrible at questing, so which instances should I use and up to what level for each? How long will the process 10-40 take?

Do a search for "Boosting" lots of info available.

Horde:

RFC, SFK, RFK, SM, ZF, BRD(your main may have trouble with this one). At 58-60, hit Outlands with your new group.

Ally:

DM (VC), stocks/SFK, SM, ZF, BRD

Although questing does seem slow at first, you should at least grab all the instance quests. Just use www.wowhead.com and do a search by instance. There will be a tab that shows all the quests associated with that instance.
