I don't ONLY Use private server's of course i play retail.... I said i just tested on it and i play on it when my server isn't Up or my friend's aren't on

It's just that we're very careful about things that are not allowed by the Terms of Use in the game. Multiboxing cannot be associated in any way to 'illegal' behavior. Using a Blizzard server aside from the private server doesn't make it less wrong.
Adding a link to the rules is just to clarify that he isn't talking bullsh*t to you and that we really value the Terms of Use of the games that are discussed here.

The second system you posted should even be able to run 4 or 5 accounts. (although in that case an extra hdd might be handy for shorter load times).
The biggest problem with your first system is probably the low amount of RAM.

I will look more into buying it since i definetly need a new computer Thank's for the feedback i won't post anymore about the other server's i play on ^^ I edited it out anyway
