Mostly what Homer said. My WoW windows are not closing. They stay opened and functional. One thing I did lately was setup 'do not pass' keystrokes so that I could chat without having to pause keyclone. I guess i didn't have the problem before that. At least I don't remember having it.

Last night I used the auto add windows and never lost a window. I grinded ragefire chasm and then shadowfang keep this morning and never lost one. Keyclone crashed a couple of times when I was spamming arcane explosion. I think maybe I was hitting the button way to fast and keyclone couldn't keep up. Other than that I haven't gotten myself into a situation where I rush a group of mobs and wonder why my posse is just sitting their looking at me.
