Nice what did you do? The only way I was able to keep him alive indefinitely was to fight against a wall and have my back slightly to him so that I wouldn't block him. The problem with that though was that a fair amount of the skeletons weren't getting tagged which overall was lowering my xp/hr even lower than resetting him once every 30 mins.
