internet authentication help

Ok so here is the deal. I just finished moveing into my new house and before hand i was able to get keyclone to authenticate. Now I cant even get the packets to be sent out I talked to Keyclone and he says that he hasnt seen my ID in his list since last time I was at my house. I have treid everything ( taking firewalls out, putting myself on the DMZ, nat on and off, no router, different router, modem is passthrough, Internet provider says they are not blocking any ports, no antivirus) I cant think of anything else to try or what would be causing this problem.. SIDENOTE. When I try to use Octopuss I get a similar problem but it is not able to connect to the direct host. (cannot connect to localhost ort) and I can just spam the button on keyclone and nothing happens. Anyone have any other Idea. I would really like to get this problem fixed.

I'm assuming your computer is shagged.

I'd reinstall OS and see if that fixes it.

check your browser to see if you are using a proxy to get out

ill reinstall OS but no proxy so ill see what happens with new OS
