Mennu the Betrayer
Heroic Loot: http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17941#heroic-drops
Totems Used:
Air: 3x Grounding + 1 Wrath of Air + 1 Nature Resist Totem
Fire: 5x Totem of Wrath (if spec'd)
Water: 4x Healing Stream + 1 Mana Spring
Earth: Not needed this fight.
The Fight:
Setup your totems and shamans at the bottom of the ramp about midway up, and far enough away that you are in max range for lightning bolt on Mennu. When you pull you want to let Mennu get as far up the ramp as possible for you to be in range and LOS, in the video I pull him fairly early because he is weaksauce now that I have a decent set of epix. The higher up you let Mennu get before you pull him the less potential Melee damage you will take. He's the standard pop Blood Lust, first cast should be just a normal lightning bolt; the second cast I generally use my EM,Trinket, Blood Furry, CL macro so that I get a big hit and now have the Blood Furry + Trinket spell dmg bonus for the majority of the fight. Now just use the standard LB x2 , Earth Shock, CL rotation to drop him ASAP. Depending on your gear you may need to have a macro on one of your shamans to target and shock his healing totem (if he's alive long enough). It's possible if you're just starting out you may need to do a heal or 2, watch out for the fire nova totem it hurts. Here's my standard macro that I used for Mennu in my early killings as well as the ZF macro all in 1.
Code:
/stopcasting;
/target greater healing ward
/target lava spout totem
/target Mennu's Healing Ward
/cast Earth Shock
Rokmar the Crackler
Heroic Loot:http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17991#heroic-drops
Totems Used:
Air: 4x Grounding + 1 Wrath of Air
Fire: 5x Totem of Wrath (if spec'd) (for beginner mode you'll be using 5 earth ele's) Speed Mode: 3 Fire elementals 2 Totems of Wrath
Water: 4x Healing Stream + 1 Mana Spring
Earth: 5x Earth elemental (for beginner mode) Speed Mode: 2 Earth Ele's
The Fight:
Set your shamans and all totems (excluding elementals) by the wall, when Rokmar paths away from you run up into his pathing range and pop your elemental totems. When Rok pats back into max range pop your Blood lust and open up big on him (earth elementals will snap agro fast). Do either 2 Lbs and then the EM/Trinket macro or just open up with the EM macro and burst him down. In this fight Rokmar hits kind of hard so I suggest using a healing macro on at least one of your shamans. My standard setup is 4 shamans bound to the 5key doing lighting bolt, and my main shaman uses this:
Code:
/cast [target=focustargettarget] Lesser Healing Wave
This will allow you to keep your earth elementals alive while maintaining a constant barrage of lightning bolt volleys. You will most likely need to drop a chain heal or 2 during the fight after his AOE frost bolt, when he enrages I suggest you stop healing the earth eles and all 5 spam dps (unless elementals are dead keep the healing macro rotation going). Other than his Aoe and Enrage he's a standard tank and spank.

Heroic Loot:http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17942#heroic-drops
Totems Used:
Air: 3x Grounding + 1 Wrath of Air+ 1 Nature resist
Fire: 5x Totem of Wrath (if spec'd) (for beginner mode you'll be using 5 earth ele's) Speed Mode: 2 Fire elementals 3 Totems of Wrath
Water: 1x Mana Spring + 4x Poison Cleansing Totem dropped in a rotation so you have a constant pulse (same idea as a Tremor rotation).
Earth: 5x Earth elemental (for beginner mode) Speed Mode: 3 Earth Ele's
The Fight:
Setup on this boss is a little more elaborate than most, as you see in the video I set my guys up in a box formation. The easiest way to do this is the standard X formation (1 toon up , 1 toon back, 1 toon left, 1 toon right, main does nothing). Spread them out into the X so it's larger than normal and then press auto follow so then spin around and face the main. Drop all your totems minus the elementals that you will use while clumped up, and then spread out in the box formation. The box formation does 2 things:
1) You will now avoid the cleave in most cases
2) When Quag does his directional poison breath you should get hit by it with only 2 shamans at most.
Proceed to pull Quag with your main as I've shown in the video, once you get back to your other shamans drop your elementals and pop blood lust. Again you will want to utilize the healing macro in this fight as well to keep your earth elementals alive as long as possible. Just like any other boss open up with max dps and then your standard dps rotation with a healer spamming lesser healing waves on the focustarget target. Then he becomes another tank and spank with epic lewt!
Steamvaults:Will post strat later.
