In any case, to the OP, your best bet is to contact account administration. Additionally, while the WoW Customer Service forums can't actually overturn a decision made by account administration, they might be able to look into the situation further and let you know if multiboxing was indeed the false positive or if there was something more malicious on your computer (perhaps you were keylogged?). The GMs there are very knowledgable about multiboxing and can help you get the right start when talking to account administration.
Last but not least, with the recent botter banwave plus the arena wintrader bans, I'd imagine that Account Administration is probably backlogged with requests to overturn those decisions. Patience, persistence, and politeness are key.
