Everytime I have gathered enough mats it takes me a good hour to visit all profession-trainers and then trade the right mats to the right alt as well as buying the extra "ingredieents" needed.

I dont want to go back and do the proffesion-leveling once I hit 70, so I try to keep the spirit up during that last (boring) hour of the night when I level my professions
Tell me about it. I am doing high lvl instances so i am lvling my professions faster then my toon can learn them, but the 1 hour for each toon is crazy. Enchanting is the worse because you cannot set it to do multiple creates. The other profession that kills me is first aid. I know that first aid is easy to lvl but not that many horde instances has wool as a easy drop. Linen is so easy in RFC and silk like 4 silk every other drop in sm cath, but only walk away with 6 wool in a sm library run. I can't remember how much gold i spent too buying wool. Also doesn't help that my toons are also tailors. Well off to zf now hopefully the mageweave is the same drop rate as silk in sm cath.
Do tell, I have literally over 100 stacks of wool in my guild bank/bank toon, never thought to put them up on the cross-faction AH.

I've settled on gathering/enchanting for a lot of my alts - I'm going 3-box soon, and I figure i'll just load up my guild bank with mats until my guys hit 60, then they can get jobs. I have 3 guild bank tabs full now, and working on each character's bank slots - I have stacks of ore, gems, shards, dust, meat, leather, cloth, herbs, you name it! I rarely buy anything off the AH, I usually have plenty.

I just realized the other day I have the mats to get several toons to revered at least with the Darkmoon Faire.

I gave up professions for now, because I constantly found that I was either learning recipes/skills I could'nt use yet, or needed mats in zones I was'nt running yet - the advanced curve from multi-boxing throws the professions grind out of whack. i'm just going to worry about it later.
