Heal bot is the way to go.

eventho i dont use it. i use my own macro's and fixed bars.

got macro's for party like

/cast [modifier:ctrl, button:1, target=party1] [modifier:ctrl, target=player] Cure Disease 
/cast [button:1, target=party1] [target=player] Healing Wave


  • this wil target party1
  • with shift + click = cure posion
  • with ctrl + click = cure Disease
  • with click only = Healing wave (highest rank)


You can replace party1 with party2 to party 4. and also replace the spells being cast, but watch out 255 characters limit!

and with bongos2, Bartender3(i use that one) or trinity bars 2.0 you can set many extra bars next to the party and now you got your own buttons next to the party.
