I followed this guide, it's pretty much spot on.
55 Eastern Plaguelands
57 Winterspring
58 Silithus

I just turned 58 and not sure where to go from here, i really wanted to start outlands at 60.
Might work on my Onyxia key, that should probably get me to 60.

For speed you can't beat Outlands XP - even if you went thru at 58 and did nothing but grind mobs for Thrallmar reputation for 2 levels.
