Default Got it running but encountering a slight issue :P

I have got keyclone got 4 shamans i can just about run around with and shoot mobs down but i am having an issue with keys, i can get toons to follow if i move with mouse but as soon as i hit an arrow the other toons stop following and go where the arrow i have pressed sends them, also if i type a message on my main toon in say /s all 4 of my toons will respectively say it, is there something i done wrong? or there a fix or what?

G'afternoon glubber and welcome to the forums!

you need to put your movement keys on the do-not-pass list. when you do this, hitting any key on that list will not be sent to the other windows... thereby not breaking follow. go to keyclone/ setup/ do-not-pass... click in the window towards the bottom and hit your movement keys.

as for only speaking with a single character... that is what override is for. hit PAUSE (upper right on the keyboard) and it will toggle override on and show a box with MUTE in the middle of the screen. while muted, keys will NOT be passed between windows. just remember to toggle it back off when you are done.

if you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to drop me a note.

    have a great day,

    Rob

    Glubber...

There's some pretty good wiki on this. In a nutshell, here's what I did. I used my keypad + and kepad - keys for formation.

I'm multiboxing 4 characters so I really only needed to map special fucntions for three of them. My "Main" stays in the center of the formation.

    Toon1 + straif left, - straif right

    Toon2 + straif right, - straif left

    Toon3 + run forward, - move backward.

This works really well for me. You just need to remember to rehit your "autofollow" key once you're ready to move again, since after they've moved they quit following.

The other slight snag is toon 3, who runs forward FASTER than he runs backward. So if I keep doing +- +- +- +-, toon3 get's further and futher away. But this is really not a problem becuase I never move him out of range of my "autofollow" key anyway. (who ever does +-, +-, +-, +-, anyway?)

    Hope this helps,

    Knobley
