Default extra content for the Macro:Sheep page

    Hi,

does anyone mind if I add some content to the Macro : sheep page to include the targettarget approach as option 4? See below:

Mage support crowd control using targettarget and focus
The idea is that you set the mages' focus onto your currently selected target for cc and ccing without leaving your main's window.
The added benefit is that if your main dies it's business as usual after hitting the follow key, it's also very quick selecting which mage gets which mob for cc if a pull goes bad.
The mages use targettarget for DPS macros so there's no conflict with focus for cc.

I'm making use of the targettarget approach to macros that Zzyzxx71 suggested in this thread: Oooh new assist without focus macro!!
Important to note that with targettarget your alts should always have the maintoon targeted.

In my setup I have 3 mages

    macros:

    alt follow macro:
    /target [target=maintoon, nodead]; [target=toontwo, nodead]; [target=toonthree, nodead]; [target=toonfour, nodead];[target=toonfive, nodead]; [target=maintoon]
    /follow

focus macro on the mage window bound to numpad 1,2 & 3 - one for each mage:
    /focus [target=targettarget,exists] target

sheep macro on the mage window bound to numpad 4:
    /cast [target=focus] Polymorph

    Usage:
From your mains' window select a target and press either 1, 2 or 3 for whichever mage you want to use, repeat till all mages have a focus on a different mob, if you don't select each mage to have a cc target it doesn't matter. You can select up to 3 mobs in this scenario.

Select the mob you want to DPS from your main, pull that mob and then press 4 - all focused mobs are then sheeped and the mages can DPS your current target using targettarget macros.

    what kllrwlf said.

If someone take umbrage at what you write/modify they will talk to you about it (if they just revert without reason then they will be in for a shock ;) )

The whole point of the wiki is collaboration. you can edit, add and remove ANY content (although it is polite to put an entry on the discussion page to explain why you have carried out the action.)

As we gain more collaborators we will start publishing guidelines on layout / style etc but atm it is a free for all ;) (expect to have your content edited though if people want to neaten it up.
