Random lockup but only on 1 computer

I bought 3 new computers with Vista set 2 of them up but I'm still using my old main computer.
I also installed the new version on Keyclone on all the computers.
I am having random lock ups of Keyclone on the main PC it is running XP Professional, these happen at least hourly and require ending Keyclone with task manager and restarting it.
I never had Keyclone lock before I was using 2 PCs with XP Pro on them.
I'm not sure if it could be the new version of Keyclone or that it is controlling computers running Vista .

Any ideas what I can try to stop the lock ups? I'm calling it lock ups cause I can't access the Keyclone screen until I end task and restart Keyclone. What is happening is Keyclone stops sending keys to the other computers.
