For dual boxing to work for me, I need dual mouse function. How can I get that? It does not seem to be working with keyclone. Do I have to use a completely hardware-based dual-boxing setup, ie. one keyboard, one mouse, two computers?

and what would you do with 2 mice at the same time?
and what about the keyboard?
basically, afaik windows doesn't support multiple mice... unless you use experimental drivers (from multi-touch displays)

I'm kinda lost on this topic, but I've got 2 mice plugged in to my computer and it's working fine >.> Maybe I missed the point of the post.
Amd 9600 Quadcore, 4 gbs Ram, 3200 ATI Radeon, Dual 19" Widescreen Monitors
Shinra Company - Teaching old dogs, new tricks
The two mice will only have ONE cursor though.

No, what i want is one mouse with two instances of wow. The second instance is getting the keystrokes but not the mouse clicks. I am using keyclone. Its working fine for keystrokes but not mouse clicks.Originally Posted by 'keyclone',index.php?page=Thread&postID=70424#post 70424
KEYclone ... really ?
using focus-follows-mouse and maximizer, it's as simple as mousing over and clicking once per screen (i 5-box on one machine and this is what i do)
funny how mouse clicks, not supported on the same machine by KEYclone for the last 2 years, has all of a sudden become a major stopping point for a bunch of newcomers in the last week.

HotkeyNet can send mouseclicks to multiple WoWs. The way it works is that (a) you move the cursor to the desired position in one window, (b) press a key on the keyboard, and (c) the mouse click gets broadcast to multiple WoWs. It works even if some of the WoW's are covered by others. The limitation is that the action is triggered by a key combination, not a mouse button. I'll be adding mouse button triggers soon and then you'll be able to do true mouse click broadcasting with the program.Originally Posted by 'blackweb',index.php?page=Thread&postID=70457#post 70457

I am dual boxing 2 ret paladins so I really need to sync mouseclicks. When will this product be available?Originally Posted by 'Freddie',index.php?page=Thread&postID=70497#post7 0497
It's available now and it does everything you need now. It can send two mouseclicks (one to each paladin) at the same time right now. One of your paladins can even be in a background window covered by another window. The only limitation is that you have to trigger the two mouse clicks by pressing a key rather than by pressing a mouse button. This seems weird to some people. On the other hand some people prefer doing it this way. I'll be adding the ability to trigger the action with a mouse button in the near future but I can't promise a date.
