I was actually running them all from one folder.

Now I started running two folders of wow setting affinity through config instead of keyclone. I have one folder for my main and set to 5 (core 1&3) and my 4 alts on 10 (core2&4) as suggested elsewhere.

My main is now running a bit better...up to 30fps but my alts are struggling to even hit 15fps which is the maxfpsbk I have set (fluctuating from 10-14 while in background).

I am going to try a few more things when I get home. Any suggestions would be welcome
I'm guessing it has something to do with Vista 64 running wow in emulation, could be wrong.

I have almost the same setup as you but with vista 32, a raid 0 of 2x7200 rpm hard drives. 2 wow folders but with a data & cache link to the fist wow folder. max fps of 15 on the alts running at 60 fps on the main. CPU affinity in keyclone set to none on the main, 2 for 2 of them and 3 for the other 2, no cpu setting in the cfg. Set my alts to medium graphics :
