Mouse don't work -.-

Hm I have a little problem with my Mouse, Trust R9650 LAser mouse (Houpe it's the right name, something familiar to this should it be)
I've turned my PC off because I wanted to take a shower, so did I. I put my mouse away, without getting something in its way -.-

I turned my Computer on my mouse didn't worked, ok don't panic, no problem Restart ... nothing, change USB slot ... nothing ... uninstalled Mosue driver, had problems with it before (something like Blue screen and some shit like computer sudenly restarts), hm ... didn't work another restart -.- again changing usb slot -.-

Even beating it didn't work (that's always the last thing to do with electronics, and till now it was working) I'm out of Ideas -.- what can I do ... there's no guarantee(?) left and it's annoying to surf like this -.-, i don't have a reserve mouse or something, and I don't want to buy another one -.-

I'm so depressed -.- I have a lot of work to do with moving today and tomorrow and the only thing that keeps me chilling is this Forum + internet -.- I hate it...

Any suggestions what could help? plxplx^^

btw, even if the negative happens cause of thislease post some serious answers^^

Do other usb devices work now or is the mouse the only failure?

If you installed drivers like the ones on Octopus, It had something to do with direct input i think, uninstall them and then restart. I had the same problem and uninstalling the drivers fixed it.
on the drivers tab just uninstall
