Duel healing?

Hey guys, im new to this i have a 70 priest and i want to duel another priest on my second monitor, my pc specs check out easy but i want to cammand the second priest with voice commands the program im using atm is VR Commander but it only works with the active WoW not the inactive. Does anyone have a program or anything that can use the inactive WoW?

he said using voice. not keystrokes.

its called voice commander. you can get it at curse gaming. I might end up going this route.
