if you need faster swap then 2-5 seconds, talk to blizzard... there isn't much keyclone can do to help with their internal processes.

btw, if you want to see the effect without keyclone... run wow in windowed mode, resize to something small.
then go to desktop/ properties/ appearance/ effects and UNCHECK 'show window contents while dragging' .. hit ok...

then resize your wow from very small to very big (don't just full screen... drag it to almost full screen).
wow's rendering happens at that point
