    Default The Jam's 5 boxing

Here is my setup for 5 boxing Shaman.

Xkeys Pro - not using ATM though - too lazy to program it and cut out the rest of the icons

to the left are the 4 new PC's on a rack. They are micro ATX cases. My fifth and original gaming PC is under the desk, right about where the 3 mice are.

    Vetra baby!!!! 8 port

Here are my Shaman but you can't see them as they are in ghost wolf form in this pic. LOL!

    I'm on Mag all trolls
    Jamrocx 67 shaman
    Jamrocac 23 Shaman
    Jamroca 21 Shaman
    Jamrocab 21 Shaman
    Jamroc 21 Shaman

I'm currently power lvling them in SM using the 67 to mass pull and AE. Who says shaman can't AE

    No pics?
If you are referring to the SM runs, nope none yet too busy and focused trying to get them lvled. I'll take some though. Although the only one doing all the work is the 67. The rest I keep back out of aggro rage and they just rack up the XP. All 4 of them trying to heal me isn't even worth a damn.

Really! I can see them just fine on another computer on an open wifi.

Nice setup. I'm trying to figure out how to work my ghetto monitors into something more easily visible like yours and some others I've seen. I have a 21" P110 (trinitron CRT), a 17" CRT, a 15" CRT and two XPS M2010s. It's gonna be ugly no matter what I do methinks. :P
    Now playing: WoW (Garona)

Very nice setup, I'm aiming for something extremely similar. =)

Have my Vetra's, my X-Keys Pro and Stick and I have 13 PS2 Cables waiting for me at the electronics shop hehe.

Checking out your monitors, few questions:

    a) What brand / model monitors
    b) Are the top ones on stands? I cant tell its a tad blurry.

Your PC's, I am thinking exactly the same thing with the stacked micro-atx, what is the spec of your machines and specifically the cases/psu/motherboard you are using?

    Cheers,

    Dan

    Thanks!

You are limited with CRT's due to the size. Unless you have a very deep desk where you can push them back as far as possible nothing with that combination is going to look non-ghetto unfortunately :?

    Gotta love Newegg.

Your GA-M61SME-S2 boards support x8 PCI-E, which is enough to fully drive your cards. Some smaller motherboards are X1 electrical but x16 physical.

Nice setup for what is not that much money.

3 or 4 years ago though Different story.

Any desire to cram the monitors closer together or does it not matter to you?

    Thanks Xzin

    Not that much money indeed.

I am still thinking about what to do with the monitors. The 2 bottom ones are an eye sore though.

I could go as far as wall mounting them but I'm not sure it would be good for the resale of my house :?

What I need once I really get the hang of multi-boxing is longer cables so that I can move things around a bit. Some cables have a bit of tension on them. I also need either a KVM for 1 USB M&K/B or 4 mini K/B's so I can switch around without too much clutter. Right now I have USB K/B plugged into the front for single inputs.

Xzin has been singing the praises of http://www.monoprice.com/home/index.asp alot on these forums. I just ordered a ton of gear for my new setup and that includes extended length cables(power, usb, dvi, etc) enough for 5 PC's everything 10-15 feet long and it only cost me about $100. Real good prices there.
