I was going to suggest either slavepens or hellfire ramps.
Assuming your running 1 paladin/ warrior and 4 shamans. Pull, drop 2 fire eles, 2 earth, or 4 earth or 4 fire etc.
If you only need 1 badge, you could try do some of the dailes that give shattered sun supply sacks which have a fairly decent chance to give a badge:P
