I use the ~ (tilde, left of the #1 key) for Execute and Hammer of Wrath (<20% finishing move)

For my main tank pally, I used this macro
/cast [nocombat] Avenging Shield
/cast Hammer of Wrath

My warrior:
/cast Execute

My Resto Shaman:
/cast [target=focustarget, help] EarthShield;
/cast [target=Sanctume, exist] EarthShield;
/cast EarthShield;
