So, i have heard rumors on either side of the road on this one. Some people saying that class mechanics and game functionality doesn't allow multi boxing to be nearly as smooth and easy as in WoW.

Others say that the /follow and /face or whatever commands make multiboxing even melee quite possible.

How about how many? We can multibox 5 WoWs with one computer very easily, whats the hardware limitations on AoC like? can we do 5 on one comp? 4? 3? 2?

lets get some info, I'm not sure I want to jump into a new game if there is no possibility of multiboxing, ideally, id like to get 3 copies and start tri-boxing, but I need to hear from people in the field that this is possible even lol =)

What I gathered was it works but it's really clunky and not that effective with the way the game works at the moment, patching will be needed to get it to levels worth the trouble. The biggest hardware issue will computer performance, but there might be ways to lego mode the game for better performance, not sure about that game engine.

I'm stupid, thanks for the point, I tyhought everyone had either forgotten about AoC or were so busy playing they werent sharing info with the rest of us XD haha

Considering that the game just got released, is unfinished (macro system, scripts system, etc. is in the game but not fully functional), there is no support yet from the modding community...it actually surprising how well you can multibox it. There are a tons of different issues that make it not impossible but somewhat inconvenient...but it is doable if you want.

As far as running it on one computer...so far I managed to run 3 characters on one computer with decent FPS...I havent tried 4 but maybe I will once the guest passes work. What is more annoying is that I barely can run it on my older machines for various reasons...for reference my stsme is (QuadCore 9450 Yorkfield OC@3.0, 4Gigs RAM, 8800GTS OC, Windows XP)
