Arcanist doan tips?

So i am 36.. and have ventured into SM library... houndmaster fight was rough.. but no one died.. and all went well... arcanist doan just made me his bitchx5 though... any tips on handling this? that AOE he does just raped us

First time with Doan was like .... OH SHIT WHAT HAPPENED ...
His blastwave doesn't seem to end somewhere, you can only survive it (which didnt work for my first try, all my toons dropped from 100% to dead through it) with LOSing it, your tanking him in his room (in the middle) and all your toons standing in front of the small hallway to his chamber ... strafing left/right do dodge the blastwave makes this fight easy.

This is the way I do it without wiping once at him since them. I did it with level 31 by the way, so my toons had almost no stamina at all. :P But its possible the way I described.

Yea the movie makes it pretty clear how to do him. Like the idea of a shaman tank :-)

Thanks guys, i downed him on the second try i pulled him outa his room and around the corner into the other 4 waiting shams and beat the hell outa him still was close though.. i never did that fight before.. brutal guy
