saving keybinds

How do you save your keys and keybindings so you can load them on another account easily?

in your WTF folder, go to the account name and theres a Keybinds file copy it and move it to the other account with the character you want it on

will it keep the keys I have saved on the character as well as keybindings?

Because that just looks like it saves the key bindings not where the keys are placed
