Slave Pens: 3 
Underbog: 4 
Steam Vaults: 3 
Mana Tombs: 4 
Sethekk Halls: 2 
Shadow Labs: 4 
Mechanar: 4 
Botanica: 5

35 Badges (would have been 37 if the daily was one of the above) 
If I do the above + BM / Durnholde or like Mech / Shattered Halls can bust the 40 mark easily.

You should start recording some videos.. so I can um.. borrow your methods and optimize my runs lol.

I have a feeling our approaches to running heroics is completely different so this would be really interesting IMO. Let me know if you want me to record something for the guide if that would help.

uhmmm, 4 badges in Mana Thombs? I only earn 3 per run?

You can invoke a 4th boss in the last boss room with a Consortium Quest (5 Ethernum keys). At Exalted (Consortium), you can get an infinite key to invoke the boss.
