I'd Pay Extra
I know it would never work, but I'd pay a couple dollars extra to get onto a Warcraft server that was 18+. I wouldn't even mind if it required stopping by a Notary. Blizzard could even get the parents involved by making the server unfit for children - allow the toons' underwear to be taken off (.. gasp !!! ...). It could even be a permanently ban-able offense for streaking thru the cities.
