Boomkin + Hunters = DPS mismatch?

So I grew a bit impatient and decided to xfer two of my 60+ toons to other accounts in order form an "Outland group" to run instances while I level my "real" team (Shamans).

My current group is:
Comp1 - 63 Pally
Comp2 - 70 Hunter/63 Hunter/70 Boomkin
Comp3 - 70 Priest

The good news is that I cleared Hellfire Ramparts....on normal mode =) Obviously, I'm hitting the learning curve pretty hard, so I'm trying not to get discouraged. My tank-healer portion seemed to work pretty well, but my dps was really low, mainly because I'm a Boomkin n00b and had issues mapping the right spells to macros that would correspond to my hunter hotkeys (Arcane/Steady/Multi).

Do any of you Boomkin folks have a recommended casting sequence or method for maximizing dps when grouped with another class? Any other general tips?

You sound an awful lot like a guild member.... :P

And if it is you..I figured out what I was doing wrong with my macros..
Turns out having "/stopcasting" in with /castsequence is not good for spamming multiple class spells. :whistling:
