Imagine a 15 years old boy who has no credit card and stuff like that so one of his parent will do it, blizz sometimes writes against itself. Ok lets enough

We've had multiple cases where multiboxers have been banned for account sharing. Trikk's is the most recent.
Think of it like a seat belt ticket -- you won't get slammed for not wearing a seatbelt unless the officer has already pulled you over. (Regardless, wearing a seatbelt is a good idea for safety). As a multiboxer, you get reported by the ignorant public MANY times -- and Blizzard is obligated to investigate you and your accounts each time you get reported. It's only a matter of time before they figure out the account names are different and you get the banstick for account sharing. The question is -- would you rather create new accounts and start over when your characters are level 10 or level 70?
Also, make sure you read the Community Guidelines before continuing this line of reasoning. Particularly this part:
And this contract your friends (who opened the accoutns) signed and you sign every time there's a patch...If it is against the ToS of the game you are discussing it is against dual-boxing.com’s community guidelines to discuss ways of breaking said ToS.
