keymaps associated with a command not loading

Hi Keyclone.

It's time for another one of those pesky 'non-WOW player' problems again. With version 1.8h you had fixed the bug that was preventing programs from running out of the directory they lived in. Now that that is possible (thanks again ) , I've been able to setup a pair of commands that will load EQ2 from their own directories. I've also got another pair of commands that will load EQ2 via Innerspace. The problem is that while the keymaps load up correctly when EQ2 is loaded directly (via command), they won't load up when using the IS version of the command.

Any thoughts? Holler if you need details from my keyclone.ini file. If you want, you can consider this a another nudge for the foreground locking
