Just thought I'd post this while I go researching for a solution. Very strange - for every window that doesn't have the focus, each keystroke sent to it by KeyClone is sent twice.
Running Vista64, latest version on KeyClone.
KeyClone sending keystrokes twice to non-focused windows.
