keyclone pip problem

So i use pip, i have the keys on num1 num2 num3 num4 num5, So When i want to change any of my clones to my main window it works some times and then the clone windows just start chaning place and not changing with the main window, its pissing me off :P what is wrong ?

pip works using the window you are currently in.

if your mouse slides over another window.. and you have focus-follows-mouse... then that window will swap

the pip key will bring the original window from the associated region to the region you are in currently.
if you swap multiple times, your main window will slide around to other regions...
