Creating new accounts cheaply

I remember reading it somewhere before, but anyway, I just created my new accounts for my slave alts, and wanted to share my experiences.

I first did the "invite a friend" 3 times (already had 2 accounts, invite as many extra accounts as you need) and created 3 trial accounts. This is where I tested my 5boxing setup. I created my characters (all matching btw, looks freaky when they stand in the same spot)

Then I bought copies of the wow batlechest, and gamecards, and made the trial accounts full accounts. This gives me free time on my existing accounts, offsetting some of the initial cost of the new accounts. I made sure all my accounts are in the same name, to avoid potential issues with the banhammer in the future.

I bought 10 boxes of WoW off of ebay, they were all open box, 7-10 of them worked, and the 3 blizzard is replacing right now, how much did it cost me? 15$, for 100$ worth of WoW, +5 months free on my main lol.

Why/what is blizzard replacing if it was a cheap open box.
How does 10 boxed of wow = 100$?
So you got 10 boxes of WoW for 15$ per, or total. TBC included?
