Weird video problem, only on 2 regions...

Ok, did well without having to ask for help but now i have to... first my setup...

Heres the problem, i have been running 5 toons without a prob.. 50FPS on the main 15 on the rest.. very smooth, i was shocked BUT on the second monitor, 2 of the accounts have all the words like garbled, and the graphics are WAY more blurry than the other 2.. my 2 bottom ones everything is tiny but perfectly clear, on the top 2 i can't even read chat or quest log I have checked all the video settings in wow, identical... and in maximizer they seem identical.. any ideas?
